Hotel is In a Great , Amazing Location. Housekeeping is Phenomenal only thing is to provide better Bath Towels.
Staff was amazing, very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay again.

I love the customer service and the team from management to front desk to house keeping makes me feel safe and comfortable. It seems like they are family to me at this point and every time they see me they are all very cheerful and very kind.
I want all of Lee county to know that this has been the most relaxing comfortable safe stay that I have had in a long time the front desk staff was professional kind understanding very attentive to my needs not what I am usually used to I will never go anywhere else the maids were all very on top of their game no one bothered me the owner of or manager of the property was so amazing and such a nice caring man and I am so grateful that I have been able to finally experience good customer service I would recommend this place hands down to anyone family or for business or just to have a break thank you so much for being so kind to me and my service dog Bobo will be back
New rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds, AC works very good, clean sheets and blankets.
I was so surprised how they did everything on their control to make me feel welcome. They saw me exhausted right away they offer me water. The customer service was excellent. Room was so clean and cool ready to relax. I will definitely stay here again..
